Tenant, Ian (65+ y.o) works full time and usually doing chores or gardening on the weekend. Enjoys healthy eating, cooking, fishing and is a knowledgeable gardener. He is my father, so occasionally I visit.
Ian has his own bathroom.
Darek works full time, has a small dog who goes with him everywhere including work as a delivery driver. Likes fishing and footy.
Main bathroom is shared between you and Darek.
Air con and solar power+battery so cheap power bills, which are emailed to you monthly to put your portion into my account along with rent.
Large yard with side access.
Please apply only if you have references **must be clean and will clean up shared spaces, I.e. contribute to regular household duties (seems obvious but had some issues in the past)**
Tenants are welcome to make improvements/changes to shared living areas.

About the flatmates
You will share the main bathroom with the other tenant (my father has an ensuite in his room).
Bedroom has a large robe and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom has a separate toilet, shower and a bath.
Large yard with worm/compost, veggie patch, clothes line. Solar and battery for cheaper power bills.
Looking for someone clean (this means you help clean shared areas too!), friendly and easy going.
Electric stove and oven.
Two seperate living areas.
I send the power bills as they come in, they don't come to much. Internet is included.
