About the flatmates
I'm Adrian (male, 42, casual teacher and uni student) owner of the house and am owned by two cats. There is a cat run outside but the cats spend most of the time inside.
You would be sharing the main bathroom and toilet with one other housemate (male, 40s, professional).
It's a pretty quiet house, not a lot of TV or music :)
