Fabulous, large home with a new kitchen and bathroom. It has 2 very large bedrooms that would easily be your bed and private lounge area, of you wanted more space to yourself and 2 smaller bedrooms that are also big enough for a bed, couch, desk etc. There is great indoor outdoor living with cover areas to enjoy a barbecue and social time. The bus stop is directly across the road and the shops and oval are all within easy walking distance. The yard and garden are all easy care and the neighbours are quiet and lovely.

There is currently no other flatmates. You would the first person in and we are open to what your situation may be. Ideally, we'd like a group of friends or workmates to rent each room, and get along.
We are a couple with 4 kids, 2 dogs and some chickens. We are very friendly and keen to help others have a warm, safe and friendly place to call home. My husband is an electrician and I work with people with disabilities and as a life coach. We love to travel and meet new people who enrich our lives and hopefully we can do the same for them. This house is my Mum's and she is now in care, so this house helps cover her costs and makes her happy knowing people are loving living here.
