Location: Bunbury — very close to the beach and the city centre.
It’s a furnished room (bed + wardrobe) with a shared bathroom.
Rent is $245 per week not including electricity or internet. The electricity bill comes every 3-4 months and it’s usually an even split. I currently pay for internet separately.
There’s only one parking space for the unit but you can park at the base of the building.
The lease has just been renewed for 12 months (until Jan 2027). You would need to be approved by the landlord and added to the lease.

Ideally I’m looking for someone who is:

* A person who values a quiet, peaceful home
* A non smoker
* Has no pets and no kids
* Okay with not having overnight guests
