The house is well-positioned in a quiet area near the Burnett River, golf course and neighbouring macadamia farms, giving it a peaceful feel, but is also close to a bus-stop, train, shops, funky cafes and the CBD.
Tenants must be working, happy to contribute towards chores and be kind to animals as there is a gentle rescue dog living here too.. :-)

You will have a lovely, airy, well-lit room that overlooks the garden, has lovely breezes and comes fully furnished with towels, linen and a double wardrobe.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house is simple, but well-furnished, comfortably heated / cooled and has lovely gardens and a pool. You are welcome to forage from the food garden if you are happy to contribute to its upkeep. The house is healthy, airy, well- lit with natural light and eco-friendly.
I'm a professional health worker, working part-time, looking for another person that is also working.. relaxed, friendly, clean and must be kind to dogs as I have a lovely rescue dog.
