About the property
Large 5 Bedroom home on 8 acres with views. Private and peaceful and only 15mins to Kingscliff or nearby beaches which for me is the best of both worlds.
The house has plenty of room inside and out so you're never on top of each other and you will have your own bathroom so no sharing. You can either have the bedroom furnished or not.
Plenty of room for parking etc.
I also have a sauna that I use everyday when home as you can see in the photos, which you are welcome to use if its your thing providing some rules are followed.

About the flatmates
Hi,
My name is Andrew. I'm a 50 yo divorced Dad with 3 kids who I would describe as being relaxed and easy going.
I enjoy the outdoors, camping the beach having a BBQ and a few beers. Also just chilling at home. (Which means mowing the lawn usually lol)
I'm self employed and my business is in the building sector. I travel back and forth to Sydney regularly for work and so wont be at the property all the time. Typically I'm a week sometimes up to two weeks away then back home for a week or so.
The main reason renting the rooms, is that my kids have moved back to Sydney permanently this year (with their mother) and so they obviously will not be here using there rooms anymore. Instead I will be down in Sydney more but then back up here if that makes sense.
Currently I have no flat mates in the house so I cant tell you what their like. I would however only want three (maximum) people including myself living at the property at once.
