The house is big and freakin awesome, clean, your room and bathroom has recently been renovated, has everything you're going to need to feel at home, plus we have a pool and puppies :)
Note:
* Some renovations will be taking place during your stay, not in any areas that affect your bedroom, bathroom or kitchen, so it would best suit someone that is out during the day due to the noise at times.
* Rent is normally $450 per week but is reduced to $390 for the period of the renovations.

About the flatmates
Looking for a positive and healthy being inside and out to join our home for a either short/semi short or long-term stay. Our current flatmate is off on her further travels to Hawaii.
Bills are included in the rent which gives you high-speed unlimited internet, electricity, gas, toilet paper, water, dishwashing liquid/dishwasher, paper towel and some cleaning supplies.
The room and bathroom also has everything you are going to need bedding and furniture wise. All super clean and no mould anywhere.
Who you will be living with:
* 1 x 20ish British girl that is very friendly and super chill, works full time in hospo and does a mixture of days and nights.
* 1 x 40ish gal + her two very cute and loving dogs, she works full time from home and who owns the house.
* It's a friendly, supportive, quality food/sleep focused home.
Who we are looking for:
* A single person only.
* You'll need to be good with animals and be comfortable around dogs as they will seek you out to play and lick you :) but not in an annoying way.
* Someone who rarely sits in front of the TV and that has more of an interest in self care, music, cooking or conversation.
* Someone with the ability to pay rent on time on the day it's due.
* Anyone that is clean, respectful, has a positive outlook, healthy, doesn't smoke (green outside is fine though) and can share a little cleaning and a kitchen with others.
* The house works best with someone that is okay with being quiet, respectful and peaceful by 9pm - 10pm each night and happy with the household waking up between 5am-8am and also someone sleeping during the day. Weekend shenanigan hours are totally fine though!
