The house is in an amazing location, near the General Store and Bay Grocer. It’s spacious, open plan, with four bedrooms (one is a converted garage), and a big outdoor space, but it’d be just the two of us living here. The bedroom is light-filled and spacious, with your own bathroom.
There is a salt water pool on the property and the whole complex is gated (you need a PIN code to get in). The house has a big deck at the back, a patio out front and a garden on the side, it’s nice and green with palm trees around.

Hey there! My lovely housemate will be moving out in the new year (23rd January) so I’m looking for someone great to take her spot in this quiet, beautiful home, ideally another girl (no couples, sorry).
I'm 38, work in tech (from home but mainly from coffee shops around). Love yoga, swimming, pilates, gym, walks, volleyball and staying active in general. Very keen to find someone sociable to have a chat with every now and then but also love my own space and respect that for others. I'm usually early to rise and early to bed.
Ideally, you’re someone who wants a peaceful atmosphere, not a party house, where we can both relax and feel at home. If you're sociable but also appreciate your own space and quiet time, we'll likely get along well.
