ONLY ONE BILL:
Electricity would need to be maintained by all flatmates.

SINGLE PERSON: $320 per week
COUPLE: $360 per week

You would need to be a non-smoker/vaper and respectful towards noise as there are people living upstairs. Which means you would also be able to hear some noise such as footsteps, creaky floors, voices, water taps etc… definitely not a party house.

Sorry, no pets as there are 2 cats living upstairs and are sometimes in the front area of the garden.
