Bayview is a safe and quiet suburb, close to the city and surrounded by nature. There are walking tracks, parks, mountains, and creeks all around.
The city is a 15 minute bike ride, 15 minute drive, or 30-45 minute bus ride.
The house has a dining area, living room, big kitchen with plenty of space, front and back gardens, a back patio and bbq.
It is extremely important to me that everyone respects the space and regularly contributes to the house and yard work.

I’m a young homeowner who values cleanliness, mutual respect, and sharing my home with likeminded people who I can become friends with.
I appreciate a social house where there is still respect for each others quiet time, and everyone chips in to the house and yard chores.
I am an apprentice electrician, I have an Australian Cattle Dog who is 5 y/o and an absolute sweetheart who helps to keep the place safe. I love camping and travel, being outdoors and spending time with my friends and family.
My partner lives with me too, she is a carpenter apprentice, loves sports, the outdoors, and is very social.
Currently we also have 2 other housemates, both young Aussie men.
One of the housemates is an apprentice electrician, enjoys socialising and staying fit with swims and hikes, always down for an adventure.
Our other housemate works away at the mines on a 2 week on/2 week off roster. He is very social, enjoys cooking, golf and Muay Thai.
Looking for someone who is respectful of the house and others who live in it, is friendly, proactively clean, likes dogs, and wanting a place to call home while they’re here, not just a place to sleep :)
