There are options for furnished or unfurnished rooms, a furnished room would have a double bed, desk and TV. $250 includes all utilities (water, electricity, and internet) per week with a bond of $1000 The room is approximately 3.2 x 2.8 in size, with a double-mirrored wardrobe with shelving and electric blinds. You will have a shared bathroom and shared toilet.
There's on-site parking, a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and a 5-minute drive from the Sugarworld Shopping Village (Coles, Anytime Fitness, Domino's, McDonald's, etc.). Also, it's a 20-minute drive from Cairns City.
