Enjoy secure on-site parking, bike storage, and a lockable garage, or relax by the sparkling pool surrounded by tropical gardens. The kitchens are fully stocked and ready for home cooking, with everything you need provided.

All bills are included — electricity, gas, water and fast Wi-Fi — with no extra fees. The property is arranged as two self-contained levels, each with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living area, so shared spaces are never crowded.

We operate with clear, professional house rules to ensure everyone enjoys a safe, respectful and well-run home. Perfect for professionals, students and travellers seeking quality, security and peace of mind.

The house currently is occupied by a variety of working travellers, French, Japanese, Chinese, English, American and Australian. It has a great, respectful vibe.

Rates are based on single occupancy. Couples are welcome — +$50/week applies to cover additional utilities and maintenance
