The place is very spacious and I’ve got all the essentials. You’re welcome to share all my kitchen gear, appliances, and the washer/dryer. There’s also a pool in the complex which is a win.

Privacy: You get your own ensuite and your own separate entrance/access.
Parking: I don’t have a car, so the parking spot inside the complex is all yours.

About the flatmates
a 25-year-old pub manager and a massive Brisbane Broncos fan. Managing bars for a living means my work life is pretty loud and busy, so I’m a total homebody when I’m off the clock. I’m sober and don’t drink alcohol, so I keep a "no parties" rule at home—I have to kick enough people out at work, so I definitely don't want to have to do it at home too!
I’m a bit of a foodie and generally a pretty easy-going guy. I mostly prefer to keep to myself to recharge, but I’m always down for a social chat or a catch-up occasionally. If you're looking for a flatmate who is reliable, clean, and respectful of personal space, we'll get along great.
