Built in the early 1940s during World War II, this unique home is understood to have originally belonged to a highly successful Dutch shipwright, who commissioned an Italian builder to create a distinctive Californian Bungalow with an Art Deco influence. The home blends historical charm with thoughtful modern renovations, carefully designed to stay true to its original character and style.

There are three bedrooms available:

Master bedroom – $350 per week for singles or $450 per week for couples

Second bedroom – $300 per week for singles or $400 per week for couples

Smaller bedroom – $200 per week (single only)

Shared electricity - I will pay the internet

The property features one bathroom (separate toilet), a spacious living area, and a separate dining room. All areas are fully air-conditioned for added comfort in the tropical climate.

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the city by car or bicycle, the home is also within walking distance of a major shopping centre and local restaurants.
