About the flatmates
We are family of 4, working professionals with two girls age 13 and 10, and 2 small dogs. We live upstairs in a lovely refurbished Queenslander. We love the outdoors, and are easygoing.
We are looking for housemates for downstairs. It will be a shared house with 3 others. The room is a furnished with a double bed / clothes rack, AC, ceiling fan and private lock. There is a shared toilet and shower, kitchen / dining area, and outdoor deck independent of upstairs with shared access to pool. There’s also a shared storage and laundry room.
There are on street parking with easy access to public transport, 10 mins walk to esplanade / botanic garden and local amenities - take aways, restaurant, post office, chemist etc.
We are looking for housemates that fits the vibe of the house. Our preference is for single, female, with min 3 months commitment.
