Looking for a tidy, quiet male person for a private digital lockable room.
Room is on the First Floor of a commercial building 2 minute walk to Cairns Central Shopping Centre. Older style building and all male tenants. Stairs only for access. 6 rooms in total in share house. Bathrooms are older style but clean. Laundry has 2 dryers.
There is a queen bed, side tables, desk, chair, bar fridge, hanging rack, set of drawers, fan, air conditioning. Security on windows.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS.
Inspections can be arranged from Tuesday 20 January 2026 Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm by appointment.
All utilities included. No internet. Tenants use own hot spots.
