Hi there,
I'm looking for someone to rent out one of my rooms to. I have a two bedroom unit on Lake Street, few 100metres from Cairns Hospital.
I am a nurse and work away but do come home for the weekend at least once a month. So you will have the place to yourself most times.
I am looking for someone short term, like 1-3 months to start off and if all goes well and it works out for both parties, I will be happy to extend.
This is not a party house. I like things clean and tidy. The unit is part of a 6 unit block so need to be respectful of other tenants.
