I'm Lloyd, a full time employed ambo in my 40s with a spare room in a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment at the lakes in Cairns North for $350pw. Bedroom can be either un/furnished. Common area furnished, 2 fridge freezers. Modest balcony with a pleasant afternoon breeze.
Despite working frontline, I am on a week on/off agreement and work nights. I value a flatmate that respects that I need to sleep during the day on my working week. My 5yo daughter is with me during my off week but we spend most of our time out and about.
The unit has 1 dedicated park which I use however, there is in resort off street parking and lots of street parking around the resort. Escooter available for use if you work in the city and don't have a car.
Monthly cleaner for toilet, bathroom, glass surfaces, and high touch surfaces. Internet available, upgrade to unlimited by negotiation. Bills prorata/negotiable

I appreciate how hard finding accommodation is. As you may have worked out I do not need a flatmate and am not looking for anyone who is going to be a disruption to mine or my daughters peace. Last 2 tenants have been people I have wanted to live with, not just a source of income. If this is you then please let me know.
