This is a quiet environment, not a party house.
The unit can be available for 3, 6 months with the possibility to extend the lease.
All bills including unlimited internet wifi and regular cleaning services (you only need to clean after yourself) are part of the rent and you just need to bring your belongings because the room and the apartment are fully furnished, spacious, airy, and suitable for a city girl lifestyle.
I am friendly, reliable, into fitness, nutrition, I work full time, I am a local here in Cairns, and it would be nice to share my place with a likeminded girl. Photos will be listed on Saturday 20th December- the room is available from the 5th January.

Must have a job, be respectful, clean, tidy, NOT a hoarder, NOT on Centrelink, NOT a party animal, NOT a smoker, a person without addictions to drugs, alcohol, etc.
Safety and privacy are priorities for both; therefore, strangers are not allowed.
Since we live in the tropics, maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment is a must (a filthy place attracts bugs of any kind).
