About the flatmates
Hi everyone,
I have a wonderful room that has become available in my spacious, airy, cozy, secure, safe, super clean, and comfortable apartment.
You will be sharing with one person only.
You will have a full time job, be clean and tidy (clean your own mess only as the cleaning service is included in the rent), be a minimalist (no clutter nor hoarding in the flat please), no drugs, no pets, no parties as this is a nice and quiet place for 2 committed professionals.
Your safety and mine is the number one priority.
You will have your own key to lock your room.
We are very close to both hospitals. There is a swimming pool in the gated complex. I will be using the bathroom only for showers because I have a vanity in my room; therefore, you will have almost exclusive use of the bathroom which gets cleaned and stays cleaned daily thanks to our cleaner.
Safety and cleanliness will make you feel like at home.
I am a very active, busy professional who is hardly at home so you will enjoy the place for yourself.
