About the property
The house is a 4 bedroom house in Caravonica. We have a pool and big yard and an out door seating area, really nice for relaxing after work and weekends.
The house is close to Impey Reserve and the general store and bus stops. The house is at the end of a cauldesac, with a long drive way / front yard with space to park your car.
The room is a double bed, with wardrobe and aircon. Ideally we are looking for a couple working full time to go on the lease. ($190 each per week).Cost does not include bills. We split these evenly between us. Lease is until April, with possibility for extension.
Shared bathroom with one other person. Bathroom has a bath.
The above specifications is just our preference. Please feel free to touch base if you're interested and can't go on the lease.
We already have 2 dogs at the property, so not accepting pets.

Hey,
My name is Bree. I'm renting this property with 2 others, Guy & Massimo. We all work full time. I work in Pet Transport. Mo works FIFO and Guy does mustering and landscaping.
We're all very easy going and enjoy sharing a meal together and a drink and a swim in the pool.
I'm more a home body, I like puzzles and novels and taking the dogs to the dog park, swimming in the creek.
Guy has previous experience as a captain. Loves the ocean, bikes and pool.
Mo enjoys a game of pool, bikes and cars.
