The room is fully furnished and located in a clean, calm and well-organised home, ideal for someone who values comfort and a peaceful place to live. All bills are included in the rent, including electricity, water, gas and high-speed internet. The house also has Netflix, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, all available for shared use.
