About the property
We live in a beautiful villa that has a shared pool and bbq area. There are 4 villas in our complex. 2 of our friends live next door and in the others are some lovely people. We enjoy having a bbq/pool day all together but also respect everyone’s privacy and take care of the shared grounds.
The room for rent will be the master bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Ben and I will be upstairs so you’ll have the whole downstairs to yourself!

About the flatmates
My partner and I are looking to share our place with a couple/individual in Clifton beach. We have been sharing with our friends however their time to move on and continue their travels have come, our lease is until the end of October.
About us:
Phoebe 25 - from Sydney and have been living in cairns for 3 years. I work full time for the department.
Ben 23 - from Scotland, living in cairns for over a year. Works full time as a carpenter.
We keep a clean home and like quiet weeks, however we are social and enjoy spending time with people as much as we can. On the weekends we love to explore and do a lot of fishing.
