There is a large IGA Supermarket , ATM, a few Take away food Shops , Restaurants , Chemist , Bottle shop , Doctors , Gym and Post office within 10 minutes walking distance. The public Bus stop is around the Corner within one Minute Walking distance. I can supply Bedsheets , Blankets , Pillow , Toilet paper , all Kitchen utensils and House cleaning Products. You need to Purchase Your own Laundry Powder , Food and Drink. We have one large spare Fridge / Freezer not being used at the Moment. I am unable to hold the Room without Bond. A minimum Stay of 3 Month is essential for the Bond to be returned on the Departure Date.

About the flatmates
We are one male 63 and one female 59 living here. It is a Quiet clean and tidy House and not a Party House on a Quiet Road at Edge Hill Cairns only 8 minutes from the city. Close to Bus stop , School and Airport. Wifi Internet and all Bills are included in the Rent. It is a Shared three Bedroom House for 3 people including myself. The Room available is a single Room for only one Person. A working employed Person or international Student will be considered. Drugs and Pets are not permitted. There is a Outdoor Smoking Area and please help Us to keep the shared Areas clean and tidy.
