Edge Hill, Cairns

Located in the heart of leafy Edge Hill village, renovated Queenslander house 30 seconds walk to shops & cafes, 3 mins to botanic gardens, & 5 mins to rainforest walking trails. Bus stop very close, fantastic neighbourhood, easy pushbike ride to Cairns CBD.

Proximity to all the great things Edge Hill has to offer, & also to town if you own a pushbike, is the really great thing about this house!

We have 2 large airconditioned rooms with queen bed, built in robe, study desk and chair currently available. House has 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, laundry, and some onsite parking available outside of our work hours.

We are looking for 2 house mates who are employed, aged between 20 & 30, staying minimum 4 months, & who places a high priority on keeping the house clean, with no children or pets.

A referee (name & phone number) from a previous landlord where you have lived for 3 months within the last 2 years is ESSENTIAL. Referee details must be arranged prior to inspection.

Rental bond equal to 2 weeks rent is applicable.

We have a list of house rules which will be provided for your review prior to arranging any inspections.

Also, we do not take "bookings" or hold rooms. To be considered for tenancy you must physically inspect the property & meet me. Inspection does not imply an agreement by either party to rent the room. We will always revert to referees provided before making an offer to rent.
