Edge Hill, Cairns

Located in the heart of leafy Edge Hill village, renovated Queenslander house 30 seconds walk to shops & cafes, 3 mins to botanic gardens, & 5 mins to rainforest walking trails. Bus stop very close, fantastic neighbourhood, easy pushbike ride to Cairns CBD.

Proximity to all the great things Edge Hill has to offer, & also to town if you own a pushbike, is the really great thing about this house!

We have 1 large airconditioned rooms with queen bed, built in robe, study desk and chair currently available. House has 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, laundry, and some onsite parking available outside of our work hours.

We are looking for 1 house mate who is employed, aged between 20 - 30, and who places a high priority on keeping the house clean, with no children or pets.

A referee from a previous landlord where you have lived for 3 months within the last 2 years is required. Referee details must be arranged prior to inspection.
