I work full time in health care so mostly at the hospital including some weekend shifts. I do outdoor activities on off days when not too hot and humid and I go to the gym or pool some days.

I have simple requirements for housemates:
~Studying and/or working

~No to smoking any thing including vape
~No to drugs, a glass or wine or a beer is fine but no to getting drunk

~Cleans after themselves and participates in a cleaning roster

~Respectful and tidy

~Mindful of noise level as I work shifts
~ Non-party house but happy with social/get together every now and then as long as above requirements are followed
~Minimum 6 months stay

~ Will need to sign a lease agreement and pay bond
- looking for a female housemate preferably at the moment

I want a home that is clean, relaxing and peaceful to come home to. Only three of the rooms will be occupied, the 4th room is a study/storage room. I will be mostly away from home for the first 6 months of next year due to work.

You will be living with me, a medical doctor, who works shifts and weekends and Alex, a civil engineer who works weeksdays.
