It's a 2 level home.
Level 1 occupied by a family self contained. Ground level has 2 bedrooms, both has king bed, side tables and aircon. Use of fans only in common areas. You will have your own toilet / bath, kitchen. You also have your own laundry room but I use it occasionally atleast once a fortnight.
Rent is inclusive of bills; electricity, gas, water, internet and Netflix.
No parties or overnights allowed. No drugs policy. Occasional drinks okay. Non-smoker preferred.
