I have a furnished room available in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom for rent. The room has a queen bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. The unit is furnished with everything you need. It is located in Holloways Beach, one street back from the beach front so the location is perfect! Holloways is a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of lovely locals to meet! The complex has a shared pool, bbq area and washing lines. Under cover parking space available. There is public transport at the top of the street as well as shops, takeaway etc.
Rent is $300 per week inclusive of all bills (electricity, wifi, water & cleaning supplies etc), 2 weeks rent in advance is required. Iβm open to short term but preferably minimum 6 months
