We’re looking for a lovely person to join our home in Kewarra Beach.

I work full-time at JCU and live with my son, who is also working. We’re both easy-going, clean, and respectful. We enjoy a friendly chat but also really value personal space and a calm, peaceful home.

We’re hoping to share our home with someone who feels like a housemate rather than just a renter, someone sociable, tidy, and considerate. No drama, no stress, just a relaxed and welcoming place to come home to. The house is smoke-free, and we appreciate people who are happy to respect shared house expectations.

You’ll have a shared bathroom, though in reality it will mostly feel like your own, as my son and I use the other one. We’ve also added an extra fridge, so you’ll have plenty of space for your own food and belongings.

A couple is also welcome, and we’re happy to negotiate. For couples looking to stay long-term, we’d like to review things after three months to make sure it’s working well for everyone.

The Northern Beaches is a beautiful place to live, but having a car is essential to get around easily.
