Looking for a housemate to share my relaxed home in Kewarra Beach, just a short walk from the beach, with nearby bus stops and local shops, plus easy access to Trinity Beach.

Periodic single occupancy lease on offer with all bills and household basics included in rent. You’ll have two rooms and own bathroom to yourself — one is currently set up as a bedroom (can be unfurnished if desired) and the second works perfectly as an office, gaming room or extra storage. You’ll also have your own bathroom, with bathroom basics included (and are welcome to use the bath in mine). The home is a duplex (connected via the lounge wall) with small fenced front and back yards, off-street parking.
