About the property
Caretaker/s wanted. We have two spare rooms. The bigger one is within our home and has shared facilities and the other one is within our workshop and studio building and has its own bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Both are air-conditioned.
We live on 3 ½ acres on Fairyland Road with dozens of established fruit trees, a nursery, a big veggie patch, a heated saltwater pool and have a large studio space. We are on the river but get pristine drinking water from our bore. I have a spinal injury and live here with my partner, a support worker and a friend. We are offering the room/s in exchange for whoever offers us the most hours doing caretaking. We prefer someone with a trade skill. Couples welcome.

About the flatmates
I have a disability support company and live with two fellow singers and my friend who is a horticulturalist. So there is always lots of music and singing. We love working on the land, doing projects and hosting events. But there are also spaces and lots of times where there is complete peace and serenity.
