About the property
Hi there, my name is Mateus 40yo from Brazil, I work full time in hospitality and on my free time I enjoy listening to music, going to the beach, gym, bars or chill out at home.
I'm a clean and tidy person and I expect the same from my flatmates. It's not a party house and also not suitable for couples.
The house is fully furnished and the room as well. I got all kitchen utensils, couch, washing machine, wifi, TV, air conditioning, parking available (covered/gated garage).
It's close to the bottle shop, IGA, post office, Domino's, Woolworths and Petrol station.
The house has 3 rooms, I live in the master room and a Colombian girl lives in one of the other room. The other room is available now. Internet and water is included in the rent and we share equally the electricity bill.
