Large, clean and mostly quiet house with an easy-going atmosphere. I’m a part-time dad who works a lot, so the house is generally calm. The home is shared with one female housemate who lives upstairs. There are also two friendly dogs that stay outside.
The available room is a private downstairs bedroom with its own separate bathroom, offering good privacy. Rent is $350 per week and includes power and Wi-Fi. Off-street parking is available if needed.
Occasional visitors, but overall the house is peaceful and respectful. I enjoy swimming, camping and outdoor activities when I have free time, and I’m very easy to live with.
Preferably seeking a female tenant, as I have a young daughter who stays occasionally.
