All rooms have windows opening to fresh air, fans, air conditioning, insect and security screens and are lockable. Centrally located 4-5 kms from the city, 2kms to T.A.F.E, walking distance to shopping centre, gyms and bus depot.

TERMS and CONDITIONS: Bond is equivalent to one weeks' rent and lodged with QLD Rental Bond Authority, as required, and rent is payable one week in advance. 4 week minimum stay. A rental agreement is provided. Copy of driver's license or passport ID and references are an essential requirement. No pets, non-smoker.
