Air-conditioned room to rent, very close to City, in a 3-bedroom house. Share with 1 female, looking for a single occupant only, not couples. The house is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, close to many amenities. We are 3 mins walk to several bus stops, depending on destination. House is in a very quiet Close, 5 minutes to City, Esplanade, 3 Shopping Centres, Tafe. Room available from 19th January 2026 Rent will also be dependent on Aircon usage and includes power. If you are a smoker, it's outside smoking only, not on front porch to blow inside. Price is $275.00 per week. A bond is required 2 weeks rent; non-smoking, low alcohol consumption preferred. Healthy lifestyle. You supply own food including coffee, milk, laundry powder. My personal things, soap, toothpaste, toilet paper are not help yourself. There are two gyms in close proximity, the Edge Hill dining cafes are minutes away. Wi-Fi is available paid weekly 1/2 Telstra bill p/m $50.00 = $12.50 p/w. I have 2 Cavoodles', and pets are only 2 per household by Council regulations.
