In late January the main bedroom will become available for $240 per week for a single or $340 per week for two people.

The Main Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a single bed, Air Conditioning, and plenty of storage space.

The house has three bedrooms and a granny flat out the back. There is a cute little swimming pool, perfect for a dip to cool off.
The yard is relaxing and plenty big enough with a clothesline, food gardens, and a pond out the back. Or you can sit and watch the chickens roam around the yard.

There is air conditioning in all rooms, as well as built in wardrobe and drawers.

The kitchen/lounge room are open plan which makes for a house that is designed to be sociable. The back patio provides another living area with its own table and couches.

There are plenty of walking tracks not too far away, and I have bikes here for you to use to get around the city. To ride to the city only takes 15 minutes.
The bus stops are a 4 minute walk to the end of the street.

This home has a laid back relaxed vibe, so you can feel more like you are at home than just renting a room. This means you are welcome to have friends over anytime. After all, if you live here, it will be YOUR home.
