(Please read the listing it is for 1 room not the whole unit) There is one bathroom/shower upstairs and also a separate toilet downstairs small back garden and good quiet location. Close to bus stop and short distance from CBD. Large room, lots of storage and good light. Balcony with views of the mountains Rent is 265 per week inc bills and bond is 2 weeks rent.
