I’m looking for the right person to join me in my home for a medium to longer-term stay (3 months to 12+ months).
I have two bedrooms available, ideal for a working single or possibly a couple. I’ve previously hosted a few short-term travellers and it’s always worked out really well, so I’m open, friendly, and easy to live with.
The two rooms up for rent will share the main bathroom and are part of a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on the beach side of Palm Cove. The house is air-conditioned throughout and comes fully set up including all furniture, bedding, and towels. You’ll have full access to the kitchen and living areas, including a well-appointed kitchen and butler’s pantry.
💰 $295 per week (all bills included)
💰 $100 additional for a couple

🏖️ Just a 7-minute walk to the beautiful Palm Cove beach, shops & nearby hotels
The home is quiet and relaxed, not a party house and unfortunately no smoking or vaping and I can’t take on anyone with pets sorry.
