We are seeking two mature individuals, ideally friends, backpackers, or students, to occupy a shared room starting Wednesday, 04th February 2026. The rent is $250 per person, per week.

Applicants must have a minimum stay of 3 months. Standard rental criteria apply, and references from previous residences are required. The accommodation includes all utilities, with the exception of food, which is to be provided by the residents. The property features three distinct room sizes, with the largest currently available, each equipped with a king-size bed, study desk, chair, linen, built-in storage, blackout blinds, and timber flooring. Prospective tenants are expected to maintain a clean, tidy, and quiet environment, respecting both neighbors and fellow residents. The property consists of three interconnected buildings featuring a total of three bedrooms, multiple lounges, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities, and an entertaining deck with pool. Located in the Argentea estate, the property is within walking distance to public transportation, shopping centers, and nearby beaches.
