Standard rental criterion and references from previous place of residence is required.

The house itself comprises of 3 separate buildings joined by timber decking and pool.
The first building consisting of 3 bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, laundry and toilet.
The second being the main living with kitchen dining room and second lounge and the third being the master with entertaining deck and pool.
