The Martyn Complex offers 6 clean, modern spacious apartments with rooms to rent in shared apartments. Each apartment caters for a different type of guests, and we are most popular with working professionals, students and travellers.
It is located within a 15-20 minute walk to Cairns Central, and to the Cairns Hospital and Esplanade.
We offer a home away from home and are for more mature guests who are looking for somewhere clean, quiet and relaxed to call home, for a few weeks or a few months. We welcome solo travellers or couples.
The rooms are clean and modern and each feature a private balcony to enjoy that morning coffee:) The common areas are spacious with huge kitchen, 2 bathrooms and comfy lounge areas. It is a 3 storey complex and some kitchens offer mountain views.
There is a lovely swimming pool and BBQ area at the rear of the property to relax at the end of the day.
