The room we have available is furnished with air conditioner , queen size bed, desk,chair, You will share this home with other three people

All bills includes :Aircon,Unlimited Wifi, Electricity, Water,washing machine, fridge.......no extra charge
MINIMUM STAY = 3 months
2 weeks rent is required up front, plus a 2 week refundable security bond.
We welcome all nationalities however you must be employed or student .

smoking is only permitted outside of the house.
The house is NOT a party house. We are specifically looking for tenants who are quiet, clean and respectful of other tenants.
