Smithfield, Cairns

I have a 2 storey house in Smithfield in a quiet cul de sac directly behind the Smithfield shopping center. I only have female occupants. The bond is $500.00 plus 2 weeks rent in advance. Included in the rent is Power, fast unlimited internet & Foxtel TV. I do not supply bedding or pillows. It has a dish washer. Everything else is supplied. Upstairs has its own separate entrance. I am the lady owner of the property & I have my own private self contained area downstairs. I work mostly nights so sleep during the day & am at work all night until early morning. Upstairs is fully furnished/self contained with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen , dining & lounge. The Smithfield shopping center is 2 mins walk where the buses leave for JCU every 15 mins. JCU is 8 mins away by bus or car. The buses leave for Cairns city every 10 mins which takes 13 minutes. All of the bedrooms lock so your belongings are safe when you are not there. The street is very quiet as it is a no exit road so only the people who live in the street use it. I have very nice, quiet neighbours & we all look out for each other. It has a big yard with a pool & the property is fully fenced. There is 1 car park available on the property & has plenty of on the street parking. It is a very safe, tranquil, neat & clean space. There is a security camera set up.
