About the property
Looking for a housemate to join our cute little home in Stratford (right next to Mr Whitfield, Edge Hill etc and close to the hospital but far away so it feels like a break).
Cheap rent, with total bills calculated alongside rent to about $300ish a week.
We are in a small queenslander, one bathroom and three bedrooms. Also a separate office. Your room is perfect for one person at the front of the house with large windows and aircon. Partially furnished with a chest for clothes but supply your own bed. There is also a covered car space for you.
We look after the place equally. As we are all adults, we all talk to eachother and no need for a chores list.

About the flatmates
You'll be living with me Taz, an audiologist on the outreach team so I'm away 3/4 weeks of the month and Hannah a WHS Officer at a local health clinic.
We love running/swimming/biking and being outdoors. We are looking for someone who is social, and happy to be around us (the house is small). No set chores or schedule but we all do out part in the garden and house to keep it clean.
