About the flatmates
Couple working at the hospital (29M + 26F) looking for a third housemate in Trinity Beach. House will be furnished except you would need to furnish your own room.
We are looking for someone to enjoy our little slice of heaven very close to the beach. Couples considered but please note the master/ensuite will be occupied by us already.
We enjoy time over good food and wine as well as a good weekend adventure, but are very appreciative of space and quiet in keeping with our busy schedules!
Long term tenants only, ideally interest in 12 month lease with equal share of the bond. Rent includes garden and pool maintenance, but power/water/internet are on top.
