Nestled at the back of a quiet block of three, where the sun birds nest and coastal breeze blows. Short stroll to the beach and shops. Bus to Cairns, Smithfield and JCU is out the front.
There is a spacious back garden with a back yard shower for after beach activities and a covered veranda with bbq extends the living area.
There are fans and aircon in every room. Open plan living, kitchen, washing machine. Garden maintenance and household chores are shared equally. We are looking for a happy, self responsible, environmentally conscious single to complete our household.
Rent is $250 single. Unlimited wifi and all bills included.
Definitely no smoking anywhere on the property and not a party house.

About the flatmates
You will be sharing the 3 bedroom private garden unit without, a mature woman who sometimes travels with her work and local single woman and her dog. There is definitely no smoking anywhere on the property and it is not a party house.
Garden maintenance and household chores are shared. We are looking for a happy, self responsible person willing to share equally in the enjoyment and maintenance of our beautiful home.
The owners, Arpana and ShamanaTara are semi retired yoga teachers and sound healers. We have created a share a lovely share house here. We have a caravan in the back garden and a sprinter van for our private use when we return for maintenance or other business.
We are eco friendly, chemically aware and encourage the same in our housemates. We occasionally share a meal, a laugh, respect each others privacy and share equal responsibility for a clean healthy space to rest, work and play.
