Large 4 bedroom house in good area, very close to the beach, 5 min drive to shops and less then 25min drive to town ( Nowra ). Shared use of laundry, bathroom, kitchen and BBQ /backyard. Tennis courts , cycle paths are very as well
$300/wk includes all bills, 1 week in advance and 2 weeks notice to move out. Bond is 2 weeks rent. 3 month minimum stay.
