Nestled within the green of Camberwell, the unit is close by to many lovely parks and walking trails, with the Anniversary trial being a few minute walk and the Gardiner Creek trial also being close. Opening soon will be a brand new Coles Local store within a minute walk, which is also beside other small stores such as hair dressers and some quaint restaurants. Public transport game is also golden with the 75 tram passing right by a minute down the road as well as the Burwood and Hartwell stations (Alamein line) being short 10 minute walks, allowing easy access to the CBD and Camberwell Junction for more shops and ammenities.

On offer is a 3.9m x 2.8m bedroom with a built-in robe and a west-facing window. In the photo of the floor plan, it is labelled bedroom 2. During my stay, the room has comfortably fit a double bed, desk, a shelf, and various knick-knacks such as guitar stands and plants. The room comes with its own toilet which is separate to the shared bathroom.
