A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with pool access in Cannonvale. It's a 10 minute drive to the main street of Airlie which can be accessed by bus (5 min walk) if you don’t have a car. Close proximity to shops (supermarket, doctors, gym etc).
All bills and unlimited wifi included, also includes responsible use of electricity.
The room is fully furnished with everything in the images included and the bedding can be supplied on request.
The mattress is a Koala mattress which is 2 years old which has been deep cleaned regularly and a mattress protector always used.
The house is fully furnished including the kitchen items.
There’s a large double built in wardrobe and small ensuite also in the room.
Parking is limited, inquire for more details.
I would love someone who is looking to stay long term - open to short for the right person

Hi there!
I am looking for a likeminded individual to share my quiet and calm home in Cannonvale. I have created this home as a sanctuary where I can rest and recharge.
I do my socialising outside of the home and would appreciate someone who feels the same keeping visitors at a minimum.
When I'm not working you can find me at yoga and pilates, I volunteer at numerous organisations in the area on a weekly basis. I like to cook fresh nutritious meals daily, this does include meat.
I also have a few start up businesses so a lot of my time is spent working on these as well.
I like to play a lot of music in the house from indy to classical depending on the time of day and vibe of the house. I don't watch much tv, only for a movie or two over the weekend and would like to keep it this way.
This is a chemical free home, I don't use any sprays, aerosols or harsh chemicals in the home and I would like to share with someone who also shares this value.
I am very eco and waste conscious, making sure my consumer waste is as minimal as possible and food waste is kept at a minimum.
A clean and tidy home is important to me and the right person will need to share this as well, sharing the everyday and deep cleaning tasks is a non negotiable and ideally you will already know how to take care of a home although I am happy to show someone who is eager to learn.
I work early mornings starting at 5am Monday to Friday and therefore in bed early during the week, the ideal candidate will be an early to rise and early to bed individual as well.
I enjoy being social and happy to share meals, a weekend movie, a game of cards or a day trip somewhere here and there but I also value my alone time and can be a bit of a home body and an introvert when I need to recharge after a big week and want to work on my projects.
This isn't a party house and the ideal person isn't a regular drinker or coming home late every week and weekend.
This home would suit someone with a full time job and who is already settled into Airlie.
