About the flatmates
I’m Andrew, the home owner. I come and go from Airlie Beach, but will not be present during your tenancy.
You would be living with a friendly Italian couple, Noemi and Matteo, who both work in a restaurant.
The shared spaces are spacious: open kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs you can retreat to your own room with a TV and private bathroom.
There is also a guest toilet downstairs by the laundry. The garage can be used as a common area for storage.
The listed price includes all expenses. You have wardrobe space for 2 people. You would just need to provide your own Queen linen for the bed. There is a quilt.
Bonds-return is subject to the place being left in a satisfactory state.
Pet-friendly, but no parties.
