The townhouse has just been built and we have a fully furnished room available for rent. The room has air conditioning and shares the main bathroom with one other girl who is very clean and tidy.
The room is big enough to add a desk, shelves or your own tv to create your own little sanctuary.
Downstairs of the townhouse is the open plan living area and kitchen.
Located across from the Whitsunday Plaza, it’s in prime location for shopping and public transport. Supermarket, chemist, doctors, library, shops, bus stop - all across the road!
This is a non smoking, non party house.
As this townhouse is newly built, it’s expected that all housemates are clean, tidy and take proper care of the home. If you are not willing to keep the house clean and contribute to shared housemate responsibilities please do not apply.
Unfortunately this room is not suitable for couples.
